You’re shattered and tattered,

You cry where you stand.

You’re boiled and blistered,

You’re wound like a band.

You’re fragile and broken,

You feel just like glass.

The emotional buildup

has created a mass.

You’re Heavy and Burdened,

can’t rise to your feet.

Life is Shelling out bricks,

and it’s Raining like sleet.

You reach up to GRAB

for SOMETHING to hold,

a sign that you’re valued,

because these Curses Are Cold.

Empty and hollow,

and vacant as air.

You wither away

while others just stare.

Searching and Pining

for the meaning in Life.

Things not understood,

they CUT Like a Knife.

DIVIDED in PIECES,

NOTHING Makes Sense.

Tense and Exhausted,

and left in suspense.

Withered and ragged,

Which way do you turn?

Emotional upheaval,

the heat how it burns.

Wandering, aimlessly,

taking a chance.

For a new way of being,

and a hope that CAN last.

Wounded and hidden,

you WATCH where you step.

A mindful beginning,

and WITH THIS

You’ve Leapt!

A mindful beginning…

and with this you’ve leapt.

You’ve changed.

You’re different and You Desire Something New, AND YOU HAD THE COURAGE to GET UP and DO something about it and Create a Change For YourSelf.

Not everyone can say that about themselves.

Not everyone is that Courageous.

Not everyone is Courageous As You.

I am so proud of You!!

You Have just CONQUERED YourSelf.

And when Your “Self” is ready and willing

you will then take the next step.
